Casey Granowski

Retreat manager and yoga teacher

I discovered yoga thanks to a friend who pushed me to attend a class, I remember telling her that I'm not into classes, weights are my thing. One lesson was enough for me to start a love story since almost 3 and a half years have passed touching is my way of life even off the mat, almost two years of which I teach hatha vinyasa. As a hyperactive person, yoga allows me to release energy and recharge it, concentrate and simply feel good in my skin, these feelings I want to share with every person in my path.

Ofir Friedman

Vinasa yoga teacher

I started my journey in magical Bali where I discovered yoga as a force that brings us closer to ourselves, our heart and the world around us. A force that balances, strengthens and deepens. The world of acro yoga also entered my life this year where I learned the connection between communication and art and the body. My goal is to give everyone the opportunity to go on their own personal journey.

I first learned about the song healing method in India and immediately fell in love with the healing power of the sounds. And I decided I wanted to pass it on. In the workshop I will play various musical instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, kolans, shamanic drum, sensula, bells and I will also incorporate sacred singing.

Good Dan

Holistic trainer and student and meditation

Believes that every person has the opportunity to wake up, go on an inner journey, ask questions, not know, discover, fall and sow and shine. We are all connected on one network but often separate our suffering from the world because "no one will be able to understand", because it is more difficult for me, my sorrow is deeper, but the truth we all tell ourselves. The space was created to connect with our inner voice and others and feel together in the journey.
